“The Thread Count” Linen Rental Service

Linens are rented by the week.


1. Find the correct sheet size or towel package (King, Queen, Full, Twin).

2. Use the drop-down next to the package to choose the amount of weeks to pay for and enter your desired delivery date.

3. Choose “Add to Cart” for each item you wish to rent for the week. You can specify the number of each item you need at check out. 

4. Don’t forget to check out and pay for your final order at the top of the site by clicking “View Cart”!

5. Don’t forget to put the address we are delivering linens to in the shipping address box when you are checking out.

6. There is an additional fee for setting up linens. Don’t forget to add that to your cart before checking out if you desire that service.

Set-Up Service

Set up includes making the bed, putting out towels (hotel style) in the bathroom, and putting out hand towels in the kitchen.

Important! When paying with Paypal, please use your delivery address where you need your linens delivered – NOT your billing address.

Delivery and Pick-up Requirements:

Deliveries and pick ups are provided six days a week Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). Delivery and set up will be made before your arrival. Please make proper arrangements for us to access your property/rental.

Linens and towels should be placed outside in the provided laundry bag for pick up by 10am on the day of your departure. If we have to go into any property to strip beds of linens and/or collect towels, there will be an extra $35 charge applied to your credit card on file.

Reasonable wear and tear is expected. Please be aware that items which are exceptionally dirty, damaged or not returned on time will require renter to pay an extra charge. Items that have been lost or not returned will be charged at full retail price.

Extension of Orders:

If you need to extend your order for another few days or week, please just call us. We will be happy to extend your order at the appropriate rate.

Cancellation Policy:

We require 72 hrs notice for cancellation on all orders. You will be charged 50% of your order total if we do not receive notice of need to cancel within the proper time frame.


All products are washed by a professional laundry service. If you have an allergy to any laundry cleaning products, please let us know in advance. We cannot be held responsible for any skin irritations that may occur.

We accept most major credit cards.  All orders must be paid for in advance and a valid credit card number is required to be put on file for all orders.
