Simply Spotless offers a consistent, efficient and high quality service with attention to detail. We pride ourselves on dealing with our clients with integrity and a friendly, professional approach.


Simply Spotless Cleaning Company makes every possible effort to exceed your
expectations. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our services, it must be brought to
our attention within 24 hours from the time service was performed so that we can rectify
any issues immediately. We will re-clean the area that you were unhappy with at no extra

Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time or you will
be charged the full amount of your cleaning. In order to avoid a rate change in your service, your
appointment must be rescheduled for the same week.

Holiday Rescheduling
Simply Spotless Cleaning Company is closed on all Federal and RI State Holidays. Should your
appointment fall on a day in which we are closed, you will be rescheduled for another day that same week.

Keys/Alarm Codes
All clients are strongly encouraged to provide keys and alarm codes to Simply Spotless Cleaning Company
so that lockout fees are not incurred by you. All keys and alarm codes are coded and locked up for safe
keeping by Simply Spotless Cleaning Company. In the extremely rare event that we should lose your key,
we will notify you immediately and pay to have another key made.

Payment is always due on or before the day that your cleaning is scheduled for. If you are leaving a check
or cash for services rendered by Simply Spotless Cleaning Company, please leave your payment in an
envelope marked “Simply Spotless Cleaning Company” on your kitchen counter. If you forget to leave
your payment, your credit card will be charged before the cleaning is performed. If you are paying by
credit card, your card on file will be charged before your cleaning is performed. There will be a $30
returned check fee applied for any returned checks.
